Anand Batra is a seasoned investment professional and operator with deep expertise in scaling high-growth businesses. Currently part of the investment leadership at 3one4 Capital, Anand brings a unique combination of operational and venture experience to the firm’s high-conviction investment approach.
Previously, Anand served as the CFO at Pepperfry, India’s largest furniture retailer, backed by Norwest, Goldman Sachs, Bertelsmann, and General Electric Pension Trust, where he led financial and corporate strategy, fundraising, category management, and performance marketing during key growth phases.
His investment roles at Z3Partners and IvyCap saw him work closely with growth-stage startups to build sustainable, scalable models. Anand’s dual perspective as both a builder and backer adds depth to 3one4’s platform as it partners with transformative companies.
Anand started his career as an investment banker at Lazard and Avendus Capital and is a graduate of the London School of Economics.
